SALES DIRECTOR – LUXURY REAL ESTATE

Job Overview:
A leading luxury real estate developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and drive sales performance across premium residential and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in off-plan sales, luxury property transactions, investor acquisition, and sales team leadership within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for luxury residential and mixed-use projects
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Drive off-plan property sales and investor-focused acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and brokerage firms
• Analyze Dubai real estate market trends and competitor activity
• Oversee CRM systems, sales forecasting, and performance reporting
• Coordinate with marketing for campaign planning, branding, and project launches
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements:
• 5+ years of UAE real estate sales experience
• 2+ years in a senior leadership role/Senior sales within luxury property sales
• Proven track record in off-plan and high-value property transactions
• Strong broker network in Dubai
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
