Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of property consultants handling luxury residential and off-plan sales in Dubai. The candidate must have strong experience in developer sales, broker management, and target-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise property consultants and sales executives
• Drive off-plan sales and ensure consistent inventory movement
• Build strong relationships with brokers, agencies, and investors
• Monitor daily sales performance and team KPIs
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support sales events, roadshows, and project launches
• Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting standards
Requirements:
• 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property market
• Proven record of achieving sales targets in luxury real estate
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
