Estimation Engineer – Infrastructure

We are a UAE-based recruitment consultancy partnering with leading Construction, Infrastructure, and Real Estate companies across the region. We are currently hiring for a well-established infrastructure contractor in Dubai.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with strong infrastructure project experience to manage tendering, cost estimation, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects
• Review tender drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Perform quantity take-offs and rate analysis
• Issue RFQs and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations
• Prepare comparison sheets and support vendor selection
• Compile complete technical and commercial tender submissions
• Handle tender clarifications and post-tender negotiations
• Maintain cost data and tender records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years UAE experience in infrastructure estimation
• Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage & earthworks
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills
