Project Manager – Residential Development | Brisbane
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager – Development Projects to oversee large-scale residential and high-rise apartment developments in Brisbane.
The role will manage the full development lifecycle from planning approvals through to construction completion, ensuring delivery in line with Queensland regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential development projects across Brisbane
Oversee planning approvals, consultants, and contractors
Control cost management, scheduling, and delivery milestones
Administer construction contracts and manage stakeholder coordination
Ensure compliance with:
National Construction Code (NCC)
Queensland development regulations
WHS and safety standards
Lead high-rise apartment and multi-storey project delivery
Provide regular project reporting to senior management
Requirements
Proven Project Manager experience in Brisbane residential construction
Strong background in development-stage approvals
Experience delivering high-rise or large-scale residential projects
Strong stakeholder and contractor management experience
