Location: Gold Coast, QLD, Australia
Salary: AUD 220,000 – 260,000 + Superannuation (Negotiable)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Development Projects to deliver high-rise residential and large-scale development projects on the Gold Coast.

You will oversee projects from approval stage through construction and final handover, ensuring full compliance with Australian building standards and Queensland regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Gold Coast residential development projects
• Manage consultants, contractors, certifiers, and authorities
• Control budget, risk, compliance, and construction programs
• Administer head contracts and subcontract agreements
• Ensure compliance with:
  • National Construction Code (NCC)
  • Queensland planning and development regulations
  • WHS requirements
• Oversee site audits and safety performance
• Deliver high-rise apartment and house & land developments

Requirements

• Experience as Project Manager in Gold Coast or Queensland residential development
• Strong high-rise or multi-storey experience
• Strong understanding of contracts, programming, and compliance
• White Card/QBCC is Required
