CAD Draftsmans (Multiple Disciplines)

We are looking for detail-oriented CAD Draftsmans to produce technical shop drawings for various residential developments. This role requires precision and a deep understanding of UAE building codes and construction standards.

Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah - ONSITE (Willing to Relocate)

Disciplines Needed

• Mechanical & HVAC: Ducting, piping, and plant room layouts.
• Electrical & Plumbing: Power, lighting, drainage, and water supply.
• Interior & Fit-Out: Reflected ceiling plans, floor finishes, and joinery.
• Facade, Aluminum & Glass: Curtain walls, windows, and structural glazing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and local authority regulations.
• Incorporate redline markups from engineers into final drawing sets.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control folders.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE/GCC experience in Residential Building projects.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D.
• Adaptability: Ability to relocate within the UAE as per client needs.
• Skills: Strong understanding of technical detailing and material specifications.

Salary & Benefits
