
Project Engineer – High-Rise Building Construction

Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Engineer with experience in high-rise building construction projects in Dubai. The role involves coordinating site execution, supervising construction activities, and supporting the Project Manager in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Assist the Project Manager in planning construction activities.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Monitor project schedules and progress.
Site Supervision
Supervise structural, architectural, and MEP works on site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved shop drawings.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
Quality Control
Ensure construction works meet project quality standards.
Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities.
Monitor material testing and compliance procedures.
Safety Management
Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and HSE policies.
Coordinate with safety teams for safe site operations.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain project documentation including RFIs and inspection requests.
Assist in technical submissions and variation claims.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
Participate in site meetings and technical discussions.
Resolve technical construction issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
Minimum 6 years experience in construction
Experience in high-rise building projects preferred
Preferred
Dubai Municipality certification (Advantage)
