Key Responsibilities
Housekeepers / Domestic Helpers / Household Staff
Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, corridors and other areas to high hygiene standards.
Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop floors and clean windows and furniture.
Assist with dishwashing, basic kitchen cleaning, garbage disposal and organisation of supplies.
Serve tea, snacks and simple refreshments; welcome and assist guests politely.
Laundry Attendants / Laundry Boys
Wash, dry, iron and fold clothes, uniforms, abayas, kanduras and household linens.
Sort garments by colour and fabric; use appropriate detergents and machine settings.
Maintain laundry machines and keep the laundry area neat, safe and organised.
Kitchen Assistants / Kitchen Helpers / Kitchen Stewards / Commis
Support chefs with cutting, chopping, cleaning vegetables and basic food preparation.
Assist in mise‑en‑place, plate set‑up and simple cooking as trained by senior chefs.
Wash utensils, pots, pans and equipment; keep kitchen surfaces and floors clean and sanitised.
Help in receiving, storing and rotating food items as per hygiene standards.
Private Chef – Arabic & Continental Cuisine
Plan and prepare daily Arabic and Continental meals for the family and occasional guests.
Cook grills, curries, biryani, rice dishes, salads, pasta, soups and other home‑style favourites.
Ensure taste, presentation and consistency; adapt to family preferences and dietary requirements.
Supervise kitchen staff, control food quality, storage and hygiene in the main kitchen.
Pastry Chef – Bakery & Desserts
Prepare fresh breads, croissants, cakes, pastries, cookies and desserts for breakfast and evening tea.
Create and decorate cakes and desserts for birthdays, parties and special occasions.
Manage the pastry section, maintain correct baking temperatures, cleanliness and food safety.
Coordinate with the Private Chef and kitchen team for menu planning and special events.
Candidate Profile
Male Candidates required
Preferred nationalities: Indian, Sri Lankan and Nepali preferred
Proven experience as housekeeper, domestic helper, room attendant, cleaner, kitchen assistant, laundry attendant, chef or pastry chef in homes, hotels, restaurants or staff accommodation.
Physically fit, energetic, non‑smoker preferred, able to work long hours and handle physically demanding tasks.
Basic English or Hindi communication; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
Polite, honest, disciplined and respectful; strong understanding of confidentiality and family privacy.
Salary and Benefits
For Housekeepers & Kitchen helpers Salary: up to AED 2,000 per month, depending on role and experience. Chef salary up to AED 4,500 & Pastry Chef AED 3,500
