The successful Land Surveyor Jobs in Dubai UAE candidate must have experience working on infrastructure projects involving stormwater networks, sewerage pipelines, potable water lines, irrigation systems, and firewater pressure pipelines.
Experience working on Dubai RTA projects will be highly preferred.

The selected Land Surveyor in Dubai will support project teams in delivering accurate survey data for construction layout, setting-out, and as-built documentation across infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities – Land Surveyor Jobs in Dubai
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for performing accurate field surveys and providing technical survey support for infrastructure construction projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct topographic surveys, layout surveys, and as-built surveys
- Perform survey control and setting out for roads, utilities, and trenchless works
- Operate surveying equipment including Total Station, GPS RTK, and Auto Level
- Provide survey support for pipeline alignment and installation works
- Perform surveys for stormwater drainage networks, sewerage pipelines, irrigation systems, potable water pipelines, and firewater pressure pipelines
- Support survey activities related to microtunnelling, pipe jacking, HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling), and NDRC works
- Prepare survey reports, field notes, and drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project teams
- Verify benchmarks, control points, and project coordinates
- Assist in preparing survey drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Ensure survey works follow project specifications and infrastructure standards
Required Qualifications – Land Surveyor Jobs in UAE
To qualify for this Land Surveyor job in Dubai, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in infrastructure construction projects
- Strong experience in roads and utilities infrastructure projects
- Microtunnelling experience is mandatory
- Experience working on trenchless technologies such as HDD, Pipe Jacking, or NDRC
- Experience in Dubai RTA infrastructure projects preferred
- Familiarity with Dubai infrastructure standards and site procedures
Technical Skills – Infrastructure Surveyor Jobs in UAE
The ideal Land Surveyor candidate should have experience with the following tools and software:
- Total Station

Salary and Benefits
Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 per month
