In this role, you will lead the service and manufacturing sales for high-pressure equipment. Unlike standard sales roles, this position requires a deep technical understanding of Heat Transfer dynamics and Mechanical Engineering standards. You will be responsible for securing new business and managing long-term service contracts for both workshop and on-site refurbishment.
Core Responsibilities in Heat Transfer Sales
Strategic Market Growth: Increase the customer base in Oman specifically for Heat Exchangers and associated process equipment.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Navigate technical requirements from FEED (Front End Engineering Design) to RFQ (Request for Quotation).
Service & Refurbishment: Secure new service contracts for a comprehensive range of heat transfer equipment and pressure vessels.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to delivery.
Logistics Coordination: Manage vendors and suppliers for sourcing materials related to heat exchangers and coordinate site deliveries.
Required Qualifications for Sales Engineer Heat Exchanger Oman
Technical Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 2 years in technical sales, with Heat Exchanger / Heat Transfer experience being a MUST.
Regional Expertise: At least 2+ years of experience in Oman or UAE or GCC to ensure a strong understanding of local procurement and logistics.
Licensing: Must possess a valid Oman or UAE OR GCC driving license.
Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic skills are considered a major advantage.
