Bilingual Clinical Psychologist - Child & Adult

As part of an international expansion strategy, Brainstorm HR Consultants is recruiting a Clinical Psychologist for a new, state-of-the-art mental health clinic in Riyadh. This role is designed for a clinician who excels in evidence-based psychotherapy and is committed to advancing mental health standards in the Kingdom.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a premium, multidisciplinary setting that prioritizes patient outcomes and clinical innovation. We are specifically looking for candidates who are already SCFHS licensed and fluent in both Arabic and English.

Key Clinical Responsibilities - Child & Adult Clinical Psychologist in KSA

Therapeutic Interventions

  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or Psychodynamic therapy.

  • Adapt therapeutic interventions to be culturally sensitive to the Saudi Arabian context while maintaining clinical integrity.

  • Manage a diverse caseload involving anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

Psychological Assessment and Testing

  • Administer, score, and interpret a battery of psychometric tests to assist in diagnostic clarity.

  • Conduct detailed behavioral observations, particularly for pediatric clients with developmental or behavioral challenges.

  • Produce high-quality, professional psychological reports for medical and educational stakeholders.

Clinical Collaboration and Advocacy

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings to provide psychological perspectives on patient care.

  • Offer parental coaching and family support sessions to enhance the therapeutic environment outside the clinic.

  • Contribute to the clinic’s ongoing professional development and quality assurance programs.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements - SCFHS licensed Clinical Psychologist

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Mandatory: Active SCFHS license as a Psychologist.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification clinical experience is preferred.

Linguistic and Geographical Criteria

  • Bilingual Skills: Mastery of Arabic and English is required to serve a multicultural patient base.

  • Location: Candidates must be currently residing in KSA (Riyadh preferred).
