We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect in UAE to lead architectural design projects from concept development to project completion. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural planning, project coordination, and site execution within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design development from concept stage to detailed execution drawings.
Prepare and review architectural plans, 3D models, layouts, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress, quality standards, and adherence to approved drawings.
Manage project timelines, documentation, and design coordination activities.
Support project management activities and resolve technical design issues during execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong knowledge of architectural standards, construction methods, and UAE regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
English and Telugu speakers are preferred
