We are hiring an MEP Sales Engineer (Air Conditioning) in Dubai for a reputable MEP and HVAC solutions provider.

In this role, you will lead B2B project sales, business development, and client acquisition across the Dubai market. You will focus on driving sales for Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems by building strategic partnerships with local MEP contractors, consultants, and real estate developers.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets while analyzing competitive market trends.

Requirements - MEP Sales Engineer jobs in Dubai

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven UAE/GCC experience strictly in HVAC/AC Project Sales.

  • Product Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience selling Split, Window, and Ducted AC equipment. Experience with reputed global HVAC brands is highly preferred.

  • Network: An active network of MEP contractors, consultants, and developers within the Dubai emirate.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field is preferred.
