Position Overview

Site Supervisor Jobs Dubai: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Infrastructure to oversee day-to-day site activities for civil infrastructure and urban development projects in Dubai.

The successful candidate will supervise site execution, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, monitor productivity and resources, and ensure infrastructure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

The role requires practical experience in roads, highways, earthworks, utility corridors, duct banks, cable trenches, kerbs, paving, and associated civil infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily infrastructure construction activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, supervisors, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, manpower, materials, equipment, and resource utilization.
• Supervise civil infrastructure works including:
  • Roads and highways
  • Earthworks
  • Utility corridors
  • Duct banks and cable trenches
  • Kerbs
  • Footpaths
  • Paving works
  • Associated civil works
• Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved method statements and project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and site activities with relevant project teams.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain accurate construction records.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
• Monitor site productivity and report progress and challenges to project management.
• Support timely completion and handover of infrastructure works.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience supervising civil infrastructure construction activities.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Roads & Highways
  • Bridges & Interchanges
  • Earthworks
  • Utility Corridors
  • Duct Banks & Cable Trenches
  • Kerbs, Footpaths & Paving Works
  • Infrastructure & Urban Development Projects
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Practical knowledge of site execution, subcontractor coordination, and construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• UAE/GCC infrastructure construction experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Infrastructure Construction Expertise

Candidates with hands-on experience in road construction, highway infrastructure, utility networks, earthworks, ducting, cable trenches, paving, kerbs, and urban infrastructure projects will be highly considered.
