Position Overview

Civil Foreman Jobs Abu Dhabi: We are seeking experienced Civil Foremen to supervise daily site activities and civil construction works for a major building and construction project in Barakah, Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, coordinating daily site activities, monitoring civil works, maintaining productivity, and ensuring construction activities are completed safely and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction and building activities at the project site.
• Coordinate and supervise construction manpower and site teams.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Ensure civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor daily site progress and report issues to the relevant project team.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
• Supervise general civil works and building construction activities.
• Ensure good workmanship and compliance with site quality requirements.
• Maintain safe working practices and ensure compliance with site HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
• Support project teams in meeting construction schedules and daily targets.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
• Proven experience in civil construction projects.
• Building and construction experience is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil works and site execution.
• Experience supervising construction manpower and coordinating daily activities.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and site instructions.
• Good knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates available to join immediately or with a maximum one-month notice period are preferred.
• Willingness to relocate/work in Barakah, Abu Dhabi is required.

Location & Availability

The position is based in Barakah, Abu Dhabi. Candidates must be willing to work at the project location.
