MEP BIM Engineer with experience in modular MEP systems, BIM coordination, Revit, Navisworks and DfMA is required to support the development of fabrication-ready modular solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit for modular MEP systems.
• Model modular racks, riser modules, corridor modules and plant skids.
• Produce fabrication-ready drawings, spool drawings, assembly drawings and BOMs.
• Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection services.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
• Carry out basic structural analysis of modular frames, supports, hangers and lifting lugs using STAAD.Pro or Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.
• Incorporate structural analysis results into BIM models.
• Support DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) and MEP prefabrication.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication and site teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, codes and applicable standards.

Required Skills

The MEP BIM Engineer should have:

• Strong experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• MEP BIM coordination and clash detection experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection systems.
• Understanding of modular construction, prefabrication and DfMA.
• Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro or Autodesk Robot.
• Experience producing fabrication-ready BIM models and drawings.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in MEP modular manufacturing, prefabrication, off-site construction, plant skids, riser modules or modular racks will be highly advantageou
