Concept Designer cum Draughtsman – Interior Fit-Out

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Concept Designer cum Draughtsman with strong UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in concept design, space planning, interior detailing, shop drawings, production drawings, 3D visualization, and realistic rendering.

The candidate should be able to work independently, coordinate with project teams and clients, and deliver high-quality drawings and presentations within project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery.
  • Strong skills in concept design, space planning, and interior detailing.
  • Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings and production drawings.
  • Experience creating 3D models, visualizations, renderings, and client presentations.
  • Good knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, construction details, and fit-out execution.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating concept designs, renderings, and joinery/fit-out shop drawings is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interior design concepts and presentation materials.
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings and production drawings.
  • Prepare as-built drawings when required.
  • Create 3D models, visualizations, and realistic renderings.
  • Develop client presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, production teams, and clients.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, specifications, and design intent.
  • Coordinate design details with joinery and fit-out execution requirements.
  • Revise drawings and designs based on project and client feedback.
  • Ensure drawings and deliverables are completed within project deadlines.
