Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the operations of an Aluminium & Glass fabrication division in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in aluminium fabrication, glass processing, glazing, and installation, along with proven leadership skills in managing factory operations, production teams, quality, productivity, and project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production processes for aluminium and glass works.
- Manage factory staff, supervisors, production teams, and workforce allocation.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and project deadlines are achieved.
- Implement and maintain effective quality control procedures.
- Monitor production efficiency and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and production standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, project, and site teams.
- Manage factory planning, production scheduling, and daily/weekly production reporting.
- Monitor raw material requirements and coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Identify production issues, bottlenecks, and quality concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor workforce productivity and optimize factory resources.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Ensure production activities are aligned with project requirements and delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in Aluminium & Glass fabrication, production, or factory management.
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Production Manager, Plant Manager, or similar senior role.
- Strong experience in the Aluminium & Glass fabrication industry.
- Good knowledge of aluminium fabrication, glass processing, glazing, and installation processes.
- Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, production schedules, and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of quality, safety, HSE, and production standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Hindi language proficiency is required.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Jebel Ali location suitability is required.
