Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team for building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Electrical BIM Modeling, Revit MEP, electrical layouts, BIM coordination, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for building and MEP projects.

The candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building / MEP projects.
Strong experience in Electrical BIM Modeling for building construction projects.
Proficiency in Revit MEP.
Experience preparing electrical layouts, coordination drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Good knowledge of building electrical and MEP services.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Experience coordinating electrical services with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Immediate joiner required.
Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.
Willingness to work in any Emirate within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Develop electrical layouts and coordinate drawings according to project requirements.
Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and other MEP disciplines.
Participate in BIM coordination and identify potential clashes and coordination issues.
Update BIM models and drawings based on project changes, site conditions, and coordination requirements.
Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Support engineers, BIM coordinators, project managers, and site teams with accurate technical drawings and BIM models.
Maintain proper drawing revisions and BIM documentation.
Deliver drawings and models according to project schedules and deadlines.

Experience Required

Electrical BIM Modeling: Strong hands-on experience required
Revit MEP: Strong hands-on experience required
UAE Building / MEP Experience: 5+ years
