MEP BIM Coordinator – Dubai

Job Overview

We are hiring an MEP BIM Coordinator in Dubai to manage BIM coordination, Revit MEP modeling, technical coordination, and client/consultant presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MEP/BIM coordination, excellent knowledge of Revit MEP, and an understanding of BIM LOD requirements from LOD 300 to LOD 500.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP BIM models using Revit MEP and BIM coordination workflows.
• Review and coordinate multidisciplinary models to identify and resolve clashes and technical issues.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and applicable LOD standards.
• Work with LOD 300, LOD 350, LOD 400 and LOD 500 requirements as applicable.
• Manage and coordinate asset information and ABS data requirements.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients regarding BIM and technical matters.
• Track BIM coordination progress and communicate project status to clients and consultants.
• Arrange and lead BIM/technical presentations for clients and consultants.
• Support project teams in resolving design, modeling, and coordination issues.
• Maintain effective communication across BIM, engineering, construction, and project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of MEP/BIM experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM coordination.
• Good understanding of LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Knowledge of ABS data and asset information requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate with project teams and resolve technical issues.
• Confident in communicating project progress with clients and consultants.
• Experience arranging and leading BIM/technical presentations.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
