Project Manager – Residential Development | Brisbane

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager – Development Projects to oversee large-scale residential and high-rise apartment developments in Brisbane.

The role will manage the full development lifecycle from planning approvals through to construction completion, ensuring delivery in line with Queensland regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential development projects across Brisbane

• Oversee planning approvals, consultants, and contractors

• Control cost management, scheduling, and delivery milestones

• Administer construction contracts and manage stakeholder coordination

• Ensure compliance with:

  • National Construction Code (NCC)

  • Queensland development regulations

  • WHS and safety standards

• Lead high-rise apartment and multi-storey project delivery

• Provide regular project reporting to senior management

Requirements

• Proven Project Manager experience in Brisbane residential construction

• Strong background in development-stage approvals

• Experience delivering high-rise or large-scale residential projects

• Strong stakeholder and contractor management experience

• White Card (mandatory)
