Job Overview:
A prestigious real estate developer in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Sales Director to oversee luxury residential and mixed-use property sales operations. The candidate must have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and experience managing large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales operations for luxury villas, waterfront residences, and premium developments
• Develop and execute investor-focused sales strategies in Abu Dhabi
• Manage broker partnerships and channel sales networks
• Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Prepare sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance analysis reports
• Support project launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations
Requirements:
• 4+ years of UAE real estate sales experience
• Strong background in Abu Dhabi luxury property market
• Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
