Job Overview:
A leading luxury real estate developer in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee sales performance for premium residential and villa developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in off-plan and ready property sales within the Abu Dhabi market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Manage broker relationships and channel sales networks
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and property presentations
• Coordinate with marketing for campaign execution and project promotions
• Track sales metrics and maintain CRM accuracy
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi property regulations
Requirements:
• 2+ years of UAE real estate sales experience
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi property market
• Experience in luxury residential and villa sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
