The Role - Architect Jobs in Dubai

We are hiring Architect Jobs in Dubai for one of our top clients, a growing Real Estate Developer.

In this role, you will work client-side to lead architectural design and project delivery from concept to completion. You will oversee external consultants, check drawings, handle authority approvals, and inspect site progress.

Key Responsibilities - Architect Jobs in Dubai, UAE

Design & Strategy

  • Create initial design concepts and 3D layouts for new property developments.

  • Make sure designs fit the project budget and maximize land use.

  • Prepare design presentation packages for company stakeholders.

Consultant & BIM Management

  • Manage external architectural and engineering consultant teams.

  • Act as the lead Revit/BIM Architect and AutoCAD Architect to check all incoming design files.

  • Handle BIM modeling and construction documentation reviews to catch structural clashes.

Approvals & Site Inspections

  • Deal directly with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DDA, and Civil Defense for quick building permits.

  • Do regular site visits to check construction quality and ensure work matches the drawings.

  • Answer site RFIs and approve material submittals to avoid delays.

Requirements - Architect Jobs in Dubai, UAE

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in architectural design and project management (Developer or Consultancy background).

  • Software: Expert skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

  • Languages: English is required. Telugu speaking architects are highly preferred due to client requirements.
