As a CAD Electrical Draftsman UAE, you will be at the forefront of the building services sector. Our company provides technical manpower to the UAE’s most prestigious residential and commercial building developers. We are seeking a draftsman who specializes in electrical systems required for modern high-rise towers, including power distribution, lighting, and low current systems.

Your role is to ensure accurate placement of cables, panels, and systems for optimal functionality and long-term reliability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Power Distribution Layouts: Prepare detailed 2D shop drawings for LV/MV systems, panel boards, cable trays, and power distribution networks.
Lighting & Small Power: Develop layouts for lighting systems, emergency lighting, and socket distributions for residential and commercial spaces.
Low Current Systems: Draft drawings for fire alarm, CCTV, data, and access control systems as per project specifications.
Technical Interpretation: Convert electrical design drawings into installation-ready shop drawings.
Clash Detection & Resolution: Identify and resolve clashes with structural and MEP services using AutoCAD.
Standard Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with DEWA/ADDC regulations and international standards.
Project Team Liaison: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely updates and approvals.
Precision Documentation: Maintain accuracy in symbols, load schedules, and circuit details.

Detailed Requirements for Candidates

Professional History: Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman, with at least 2+ years in GCC/UAE building projects.
Software Skill: Strong expertise in AutoCAD with the ability to produce detailed and accurate electrical drawings.
System Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical systems including power, lighting, and low current.
Language Proficiency: Good English communication skills required.
Flexibility: Willing to work under a Manpower Supply model and relocate across UAE projects.

Benefits:

Salary Budget: AED 4,000 – AED 6,500 plus Accommodation and Transport provided OR Full package of up to AED 8,000 – Negotiable for excellent candidate.
