Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Head – Visa Medical Services to support the growth, expansion, and operational performance of a global Visa Medical Services business across the UAE, GCC, and other international markets.
The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience across visa services, government services, BPO, travel, hospitality, or related institutional service environments, with a strong track record in operations, business development, government relationships, partnerships, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and identify new opportunities with government and institutional clients.
- Support the expansion of Visa Medical Services across the GCC and international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities, missions, institutional clients, and strategic partners.
- Oversee operational performance, service quality, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimisation.
- Support new contract acquisition and business development initiatives.
- Manage franchise, partner, and strategic business relationships.
- Lead strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and digital/GenAI programmes.
- Develop, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Support succession planning and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Work closely with senior leadership on market expansion and strategic business initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- 20–25+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience.
- Strong experience in visa services, government services, BPO, travel, hospitality, or related service sectors.
- Proven background in operations management, business development, client management, and strategic partnerships.
- Experience working directly with government entities, missions, embassies, or institutional clients.
- GCC/regional or international experience preferred.
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, International Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial, leadership, networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and large-scale operations.
- Experience supporting business expansion, contracts, partnerships, and strategic projects.
