The Opportunity

On behalf of a prestigious Multinational (MNC) Mental Healthcare Center in Al Ain, Brainstorm Human Resources Consultants is spearheading a specialized search for a high-caliber Educational Psychologist.

As leading Healthcare Recruitment Company in UAE, we are looking for a professional who combines clinical brilliance with the ability to navigate the unique educational landscape of the UAE. This role is central to a facility known for its gold-standard neurodevelopmental and psychological services.

Candidate Requirements

We are actively headhunting candidates who meet the following elite criteria:

  • Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Educational Psychology.
  • Licensure: Active DOH (HAAD), DHA, MOH, or CDA license is highly preferred. We are also sourcing candidates who are currently "Eligible" or have their DataFlow in process.
  • Experience: Proven track record in psycho-educational assessments and student intervention.
  • Background: Arabic-speaking and/or Western-trained professionals are highly preferred to meet the facility's diverse patient demographic.
