Reporting To: Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Goals
1. Strategic Growth & Transition Management
Establish the GCC as a strategic growth engine by driving the structured transition of global workstreams.
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives to ensure seamless migration of processes from global functions.
Develop and implement transition frameworks, governance models, and roadmaps to scale operations effectively.
2. Operational Excellence & Financial Performance
Deliver cost efficiency through standardized, scalable, and optimized service delivery models.
Achieve and consistently exceed defined KPIs, SLAs, and operational targets across all service lines.
Drive strong financial performance with full ownership of budgets, cost optimization, and P&L outcomes.
3. Stakeholder Partnership & Integration
Build and sustain strong global stakeholder partnerships to enable buy-in and accelerate work transition.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and seamless integration between shared services and technical teams.
Strengthen governance, compliance, change management, and risk management frameworks.
Qualifications & Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience Requirements
Experience: 10–15 years in Human Resources, Shared Services, or Operations leadership.
Setup Expertise: Proven track record in setting up and scaling Global Capability Centres or Shared Services organizations.
Technical Background: Strong experience in HR Operations, Finance Operations, Compliance, and Digital Transformation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Management/HR is highly desirable.
Industry Preference: Experience in construction or large-scale infrastructure sectors is preferred.

Commercial Acumen: Ability to link complex operations to financial and business outcomes.
Transformation Focus: Expertise in driving process transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
