Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HSE / Safety Officer for a reputed contracting company in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring site safety, implementing HSE policies, and maintaining compliance with UAE construction safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at construction sites
Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification
Ensure compliance with Dubai safety regulations and Trakhees requirements
Prepare and maintain HSE reports, incident reports, and safety documentation
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training for workers and staff
Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices across project sites
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement preventive measures
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (UAE Attested)
SARS Card – Trakhees (Mandatory)
Building Construction experience required
Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience as HSE / Safety Officer
Valid UAE Driving License required
Good knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and HSE standards
Preferred Certifications
NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent safety certification preferred
