Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team for building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Mechanical BIM, Revit MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services, with proven experience in BIM coordination and shop drawing preparation.

The candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building construction / MEP projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit MEP.
Strong experience in Mechanical BIM / Revit MEP.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services.
Experience preparing mechanical BIM models and detailed shop drawings.
Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection / coordination processes.
Good knowledge of building MEP services and construction practices.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Immediate joiner required.
Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.
Ability to work across different Emirates as required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings for building projects.
Model HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical building services.
Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
Participate in BIM coordination and identify potential clashes and design conflicts.
Update BIM models based on project changes, site conditions, and coordination requirements.
Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Support project and site teams with accurate BIM models and technical drawings.
Maintain proper drawing revisions and BIM documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators, project managers, and site teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
