Occupational Therapist KSA (Pediatric & Adult)
Brainstorm HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a new, multidisciplinary mental health facility in Riyadh. This role is part of a landmark expansion by a leading UAE healthcare group dedicated to providing world-class rehabilitative and psychiatric services.
We are looking for an OT who is passionate about helping patients achieve functional independence and who is already integrated into the KSA healthcare system with a valid SCFHS license.
Key Clinical Responsibilities
Functional Assessment and Plan Development
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations focusing on sensory processing, fine/gross motor skills, and activities of daily living (ADL).
Design individualized intervention plans tailored to the specific needs of children with ASD, ADHD, or sensory processing disorders.
Evaluate the cognitive and physical needs of adult patients within a mental health framework.
Therapeutic Implementation
Utilize sensory integration rooms and therapeutic equipment to implement evidence-based OT sessions.
Provide specialized hand therapy or ergonomic assessments as required by the clinical caseload.
Deliver parent and caregiver training to ensure that therapeutic gains are maintained in the home environment.
MDT Integration
Work closely with Speech Therapists and Psychologists to provide a unified approach to neurodevelopmental care.
Document patient progress through detailed clinical notes and formal progress reports.
Ensure all therapy practices meet the stringent quality standards of the KSA Ministry of Health.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Licensure and Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Mandatory: Current and valid SCFHS registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience in a mental health or pediatric setting is highly advantageous.
Linguistic and Residency Status
Communication: Full bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
Residency: Must be currently located in Saudi Arabia with a valid iqama
