Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QS Supervisor (Quantity Surveyor Section Supervisor) to join our Head Office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and infrastructure projects, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, and progress billing. Experience in road works using Civil 3D and MEP quantity coordination is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Quantity Surveying section and coordinate QS team activities.
- Review and prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and BOQ revisions.
- Manage quantity surveying activities for building and infrastructure projects.
- Support roadwork quantity calculations and Civil 3D-related activities.
- Coordinate MEP quantities and technical requirements.
- Review subcontractor measurements, valuations, and payment applications.
- Manage change orders, variations, and budget estimations.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and progress invoices.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant departments.
- Supervise QS staff and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain accurate quantity and cost records.
Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Diploma holders will not be accepted. - Previous experience as Senior QS, Lead QS, or QS Supervisor.
- Strong experience in building and infrastructure projects.
- Roadworks experience, including Civil 3D.
- Experience with MEP quantity surveying and coordination.
- Strong quantity take-off and BOQ preparation/revision skills.
- Experience in subcontract management and valuations.
- Knowledge of change orders, variations, and budget estimation.
- Experience preparing progress reports and monthly progress invoices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team supervision skills.
- Willingness to work at the company’s Head Office in Dammam.
