We are seeking skilled and experienced BIM Modelers to join our team for high-end residential building projects across the UAE. Candidates must be proficient in Autodesk Revit and capable of producing high-quality 3D models and extraction of documentation.

Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah - ONSITE (Willing to Relocate)

Available Positions by Discipline

MEP: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
HVAC: Specialized ducting and piping systems.
Fit-Out & Interior: Detailed joinery and interior coordination.
Façade & Building Envelope: Aluminum, glass, and cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities

Create accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Perform clash detection and coordination between different engineering services.
Generate shop drawings, schedules, and quantities from the BIM model.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design integrity.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE/GCC experience specifically in Residential Building projects.
Software: Expert level in Revit (BIM 360 experience is a plus).
Flexibility: Must be willing to relocate to any Emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.) based on project requirements.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Engineering or Related
