System Integration Manager – Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)/Telecom

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time / Senior Level

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced System Integration Manager to lead the end-to-end integration of Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) and Lane Control Systems (LCS) with headend software and central Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS). This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless communication between field hardware and centralized control platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Leadership: Lead the full-scale integration of field devices with central management systems and software architectures.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage technical interfaces with network providers and Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) contractors.

  • Protocol Management: Oversee system configurations, interface requirements, and complex communication protocols to ensure data integrity.

  • Validation & Verification: Lead and supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and comprehensive end-to-end system testing.

  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve high-level system integration conflicts and architectural bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.

  • Seniority: Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale system integration.

  • Project History: Proven track record in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), integrating field devices with central platforms such as ATMS or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in multi-system integration, interface management, and end-to-end lifecycle testing.

  • Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for site-to-site coordination.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).

  • Professional certifications in networking, system integration, or software architecture.
