Job Description

One of the leading Manufacturing company in the Heat Transfer Industry is looking for a Financial Controller to be based at their HO.

Position Summary:

A Branch Manager is in charge of overseeing and coordinating all operations for a branch.
He will set strategic goals and is responsible for the flow of operational information to the Managing Director & Board of Directors.
Oversees the entire sales operation, manage inventory, increasing sales and solidifying their business position in the market.
Maintain Control of diverse business operations, supervise the day-to-day activities of the unit and ensure that its goals are aligned with the overall business objectives.
BM will be responsible for outstanding payment, Profit & Loss of Business Unit, Credit Approval for customers to be approved by Corporate, any credit given without pre approval from corporate will be his responsibility.
Essential Job Functions

Managing operations of branch.
Inventory management to import parts and negotiate prices as per market demands and customer needs and oversee warehouse efficiency
Maintain stock of all materials especially of SLP as we are sole-agents in U.A. E
Make sure import orders are sent in correct manner and shipments are received without delays
Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends
Researching, identifying and authenticating collectible trading cards by assessing the condition and quality of the item using established standards
Assess new opportunities to find new suppliers
Work with sales team to set goals, as well as for outstanding payments, availability of parts, clear all DO’s, local purchases etc.
Overview Procurement & Accounts of a branch.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and logistics & Overview marketing plans and work towards getting new customers through sales team support
